Our dumplings are prepared with high-quality ingredients and authentic recipes, offering comforting flavours such as: • Free Range Chicken & Cabbage • Free Range Chicken & Corn • Pork & Chive • Beef, onion & leek • Vegetable • Spring roll We’re proud to share a taste of our Hong Kong roots, bringing dumplings that are both wholesome and satisfying — perfect for families and food lovers alike.

We will have Gluten Free Cookies and Slices, in packs and available in singles as well. We hope to have our savoury items up and running available to buy either chilled or frozen on the day, and a few more dessert items like cakes and custard squares, cheesecakes, etc. We focus on making Kiwi Classics, and have just set up a seperate gluten free kitchen in our bakery to be able to make these classics Gluten Free too!

We make French-style crêpes on the spot from our custom-built food trailer. We offer both sweet and savoury made with a gluten-free batter perfected over 19 years.

We are artisan chocolatiers who make our own chocolate from scratch. Our chocolate is 100% gluten free as made by two coeliacs! We have four chocolate flavours: Dark 66%, Milk 44%, Carmalised white and White, all of which have about a third less sugar than your typical chocolate bars. We produce lots of different bars and chocolaty goodies, including our OMG cookies (so named as its normally the first thing people say when they try them!).

After unsuccessfully trying to find ingredients to make their favourite bubble teas at home, Ron and Marie created The Tea Box. Their range of bubble tea kits include Pearl Milk, Taro, Fruit and Matcha bubble teas. And after hundreds of test batches, a range of tangy, chewy fruit pearls (containing real fruit!) were developed.
