The Collective

The Collective is a Gluten Free Food Festival initiative, brought in to allow vendors unable to attend the festival to still get their brand physically in front of customers. We sell your products on your behalf, you make the profits! It's simple really. Apply below. 

Please tell us about your products, using full descriptive sentences as this may be used for social media and online advertising.
Please tell us about your food manufacturing/handling processes. 1) Do you use a home kitchen or commercial kitchen? 2) Are any gluten containing products present in your kitchen, and if so, how do you manage the risk of cross contamination? 3) Do you track where your ingredients come from and/or know that they're definitely gluten free? 4) Any other information you deem relevant.
We will sell your products on your behalf on the festival day, alongside up to 10 other businesses. We keep track of your sales through our proven method used at previous festivals, and upon completion of the festival deposit you your sales minus the Collective fee. All unsold product will be returned to you. Please indicate you understand this.
The fee for a spot in The Collective fee is $80. This covers the cost of a staff member to research and then sell your products.
Are you able to either drop your products off to the festival site on 17th November, or courier them up at an earlier date?
Please attach a price list for your products. For ease of sale, all prices need to be whole numbers (i.e. $9, not $8.95). We would love you to provide a special festival price for customers too!
